How We Deliver
A Disciplined Path from Concept to Execution
PHASE 01Engineering & Planning
Every project starts with disciplined front-end engineering. Our multidisciplinary team — process, mechanical, civil & structural, electrical and instrumentation & control — defines scope, budget and schedule before the first component is ordered.
Working to IEC and IEEE/ANSI standards, we align owners, EPC contractors and suppliers around a single technical baseline, so decisions made on paper hold up in the field.
PHASE 02Permitting & Approvals
We prepare the technical documentation that regulators, utilities and project stakeholders require — drawings, specifications, data sheets and supporting studies.
Experience across the USA, Guyana and Mexico helps our clients anticipate local requirements and keep approvals off the critical path of the project.
PHASE 03Site Preparation
Before major equipment arrives, we plan logistics, laydown areas and site access, and coordinate early works so the site is ready for heavy lifts.
Careful sequencing at this stage is what protects budget and schedule later, when structural steel and process equipment begin to arrive.
PHASE 04Construction
Structural steel, major process equipment and electrical infrastructure are erected under strict quality and HSE supervision.
Our field-driven teams coordinate fabrication, transport and installation so every piece of equipment arrives, fits and performs exactly as engineered.
PHASE 05Delivery
We close projects the way we plan them: documented, verified and ready for operation, with integration and installation support through energization.
